Can a blood pressure drug heal corneal scars?

Summary

This study tests whether losartan eyedrops can reduce scarring on the cornea and improve vision. About 46 adults with stable corneal scars will use the drops or a placebo six times a day for six months. The goal is to see if the treatment safely improves visual clarity and reduces scar severity.
