Foam vs. moisturizer: new hope for stubborn skin rash?

NCT ID NCT07462702

Summary

This early study is testing whether a topical foam containing the antibiotic minocycline can safely and effectively treat a skin condition called Confluent and Reticulated Papillomatosis (CARP). Participants aged 9 and older will apply the foam to one side of their body and a basic moisturizer to the other side for 5 weeks. The goal is to see if this foam could be a better-tolerated alternative to taking oral antibiotics for this condition.
