Summary
This study tested whether a specific toothpaste and mouthwash combination works better than a regular fluoride toothpaste to reduce plaque buildup and gum inflammation (gingivitis). 82 adults with existing plaque and gingivitis used their assigned products at home for 12 weeks and had regular dental checkups. The goal was to see which routine was more effective at controlling these common oral health issues.
