Whitening without the wincing? study tests Pain-Relief toothpastes
NCT ID NCT06608368
Summary
This study aimed to find out which toothpaste works best to reduce pain and sensitivity people feel during and after using at-home teeth whitening kits. About 90 healthy adults who wanted to whiten their teeth tried one of three different toothpastes. Researchers compared a special toothpaste containing NovaMin to one with potassium nitrate and a regular fluoride toothpaste to see which helped people feel less pain.
