Summary
This study tested if a new toothpaste with stannous fluoride works better than a regular fluoride toothpaste at preventing tartar buildup on teeth. It involved 100 adults in Thailand who were prone to tartar. Over 12 weeks, researchers measured tartar formation to see which toothpaste was more effective.
