New toothpaste aims to zap zingers from sensitive teeth
NCT ID NCT07352956
Summary
This study is testing whether a toothpaste containing stannous fluoride can reduce pain from sensitive teeth. About 100 adults in China with sensitive teeth will use either the test toothpaste or a control toothpaste twice daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sensitivity to air and touch at 4 and 8 weeks to see if the toothpaste helps.
