New toothpaste formula aims to zap tooth sensitivity
NCT ID NCT06960148
Summary
This study tested whether a new toothpaste containing 8% arginine could reduce tooth sensitivity better than a standard cavity protection toothpaste. It involved 95 adults with sensitive teeth who used the assigned toothpaste for eight weeks. Researchers measured sensitivity to touch and cold air right after application and over several weeks to see which toothpaste worked better.
