Can a new toothpaste stop bleeding gums?
NCT ID NCT07158112
Summary
This study aims to see if two toothpastes containing a special ingredient (stannous fluoride) can reduce gum inflammation and bleeding better than a standard cavity-fighting toothpaste. About 120 adults with mild to moderate gum inflammation will use one of the assigned toothpastes for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gum bleeding and plaque to compare the products.
