Summary
This study tested two different manual toothbrushes to see how well they reduce plaque and gum inflammation (gingivitis). 84 adults brushed at home with their assigned toothbrush and were checked by a dentist after 1, 3, and 6 weeks. The goal was to find out which brush works better for everyday oral care.
