Scientists scan 4000 teeth to map hidden root variations
NCT ID NCT07170956
Summary
This study aims to understand the natural variation in how many roots human teeth have. Researchers will analyze 4000 existing dental scans from a Polish clinic to count tooth roots. They will look for patterns based on the type of tooth, and whether the number of roots differs between men and women or changes with age.
