NCT ID NCT06433245

Summary

This study aimed to find the best strength of a cleaning solution (sodium hypochlorite) for a procedure to save an infected tooth nerve. Researchers compared a 3% solution to a 5% solution in 128 adults with a painful, deeply decayed molar. They checked for tooth healing, pain levels, and impact on daily life over one year to see which concentration worked better.
