One pill before your root canal: which works better for pain?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common medications, taken as a single dose before the procedure, works better to reduce pain after a one-visit root canal. It will involve 60 healthy adults with a painful, infected premolar tooth. Researchers will compare pain levels after patients receive either piroxicam or prednisolone before their treatment.
