Dental study aims to find best way to save your natural tooth
NCT ID NCT07300124
Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common dental procedures works better for saving a tooth with a very deep cavity and an inflamed nerve. It will compare a simpler 'direct pulp capping' method with a slightly more involved 'partial pulpotomy' procedure. The goal for both is to keep the tooth's natural nerve alive and healthy, avoiding the need for a root canal.
