Summary
This study tested five different advanced cleaning techniques to see which one best helps heal large infections at the tip of a tooth's root. Dentists treated 132 patients with these severe infections and then monitored bone healing using X-rays over one year. The goal was to find the most effective cleaning method to stop the infection and allow the bone to regrow.
