Summary
This study aims to find out which cleaning solution works best to heal bone infections around the root of a tooth during a root canal. Researchers are comparing three different rinse protocols using common dental chemicals (EDTA and etidronic acid) in 63 adults with a specific type of tooth infection. They will track healing and pain levels over a year to see which method is most effective.
