Laser & blood gels tested to speed wisdom tooth recovery
NCT ID NCT07324213
Summary
This study tested methods to improve healing after surgical wisdom tooth removal. Researchers compared standard care to treatments using a patient's own platelet-rich blood gels, a special low-level laser, or both. They measured pain, swelling, and how well the bone regrew in the empty socket over several months to find the best approach for recovery.
