Summary
This study aims to find the best way to treat deep cavities while keeping the tooth's nerve healthy. Researchers will compare two removal methods—removing all decay versus removing only the infected part—in 144 adults with deep cavities but healthy tooth nerves. They will track pain levels and tooth health over a year to see which approach works better.
