Summary
This study tests whether the location of a deep cavity (on top vs. between teeth) affects how well a dental procedure called direct pulp capping works. Researchers will treat 154 adults aged 15-40 with reversible pulpitis and follow them for 12 months to check for pain, healing, and tooth function. The goal is to help dentists choose the best treatment based on cavity location.
