Summary

This study tested two different gum protection techniques used during professional teeth whitening to see which causes less gum irritation. Thirty healthy adults with no prior whitening treatments received two whitening sessions. Researchers measured gum health, tooth sensitivity, and whitening effectiveness to determine which protection method worked better.
