Summary
This study tested a device that uses electric pulses to shrink enlarged tonsils without cutting or removing tissue. Twenty-four adults with grade 2 or higher tonsil enlargement received the treatment. The goal was to reduce tonsil size and pain while making the procedure faster and more comfortable than traditional surgery.
