First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is testing a new device that measures how well muscles are relaxed during surgery. The device uses a method called mechanomyography, which may be more precise than the current standard. About 50 adults having surgery with muscle relaxants will take part. The goal is to see if the new device works better and can use different stimulation patterns.
