NCT ID NCT05202366
First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 21, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This small, early study tested whether a gel called CGB-400 could clear toenail fungus and improve how the nails look. About 15 adults with a fungal infection on at least one big toenail applied the gel for 12 weeks, with doctors checking their progress. The goal was to see if the gel could reduce the amount of nail affected by the fungus.
