Summary

This study tests a new drug called tobemstomig combined with chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that hasn't been treated before. The goal is to see if this combination works better than the current standard treatment (pembrolizumab plus chemo) at slowing cancer growth and shrinking tumors. About 182 participants will receive either the new combo or the standard treatment, and researchers will track how long they live without their cancer getting worse.
