NCT ID NCT07413367
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at how the fibromyalgia drug TNX-102 SL (taken under the tongue) is processed in the body. It compares non-elderly adults (ages 18-45) with elderly adults (65 and older) to see if age affects drug levels and safety. About 50 healthy or stable participants will take a single dose, and researchers will measure how the drug moves through their blood.
