First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at how the body processes TNX-102 SL (a drug for fibromyalgia) in two age groups: non-elderly (18-45 years) and elderly (65 years and older). About 50 healthy or stable participants will receive a single dose. The goal is to see if age changes drug levels and safety, helping doctors use the drug more safely in older adults.
