Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) can safely improve memory and thinking in people with early Alzheimer's disease. The treatment is personalized using each person's brain network. Forty participants will receive either real or fake TMS to see if it helps slow cognitive decline.
