Summary

This study looked at 39 adults who had arm stiffness (spasticity) after a stroke. Researchers compared different types of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) combined with Botox injections to see which worked best. The goal was to reduce muscle tightness and improve arm movement and daily activities.
