First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests if transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive brain stimulation technique, can change how people rate the emotional impact of upsetting pictures. Researchers will also check if TMS affects memory for those images. The goal is to better understand how the brain processes emotions, which could help in future mental health research. The study involves 33 healthy adults who speak German.
