NCT ID NCT06209190
First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tested a new way to deliver radiation before a stem cell transplant for people with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Instead of radiating the whole body, the new method (TMLI) targets only the bone marrow and lymph nodes to reduce side effects. The study included 14 patients aged 16 to 45 and found that the approach was safe and feasible, with low early death rates and manageable side effects.
