Summary

This study tests whether a mix of two drugs (triamcinolone and lidocaine) injected into jaw muscle trigger points can reduce pain and improve mouth opening in people with TMJ pain. About 30 adults will take part. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common jaw condition.
