Summary
This study tested two treatments for jaw joint arthritis: platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and autologous conditioned serum (ACS). Both are made from a patient's own blood and injected into the joint. The goal was to see which one better reduces pain and improves mouth opening. 75 adults who had not improved with standard care took part.
