New jaw surgery technique aims to fix slipped discs faster
NCT ID NCT07316673
Summary
This study is testing whether a newer, faster surgical system for fixing a slipped jaw disc works better than the standard method. It will involve 50 adults whose jaw pain hasn't improved with other treatments. Researchers will compare how well each surgery improves mouth opening, reduces pain, and how long the procedure takes over six months.
