New ear stent challenges traditional mouthguard for jaw pain relief

Summary
This study is testing which of two simple, non-surgical devices works better for people with jaw muscle pain (a type of TMD). Researchers will compare a standard mouthguard to a newer device called an ear stent. They will measure changes in muscle activity, pain levels, and how wide participants can open their mouths.
