Summary

This study tests whether a web-based relaxation program (Relappy) can reduce pain and stress in people with temporomandibular disorders (TMD), a common jaw condition. About 124 patients will be randomly assigned to either use the app or receive a standard dental splint. Researchers will track pain, sleep, and daily function over one year to see if the app is a viable self-help option.
