Summary
This study tested a combination of jaw muscle techniques and neck control exercises in 60 adults with chronic jaw pain and teeth grinding (bruxism). The goal was to see if these active treatments reduce pain and improve jaw function better than standard care. Participants did weekly sessions for four weeks, with daily home exercises.
