New drug targets tough KRAS cancers in first human trial

NCT ID NCT07204340

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called TLN-372, both alone and combined with other cancer treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors driven by a specific KRAS gene mutation. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the drug moves through the body, and check for early signs that it can shrink tumors. It is enrolling about 240 adults whose cancer has spread and who have already tried other treatments.
