New drug targets tough KRAS cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called TLN-372 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a KRAS mutation. The goal is to check the drug's safety and how well it works, both alone and with other cancer treatments. About 240 adults with measurable, advanced or metastatic tumors will take part.
