Summary

This study looked at 80 adults with specific types of spine fractures (A3 and A4) that had a certain injury score (4 or 5). Patients were randomly assigned to receive either surgery or non-surgical care. The researchers measured pain, bone healing, and spine shape to see which approach worked better.
