Summary
This pilot study tested whether Tixel, a standard treatment for wrinkles around the eyes, could also improve dry eye symptoms. 75 adults with mild to moderate wrinkles and dry eye were treated. Researchers measured tear film stability, dry eye questionnaires, and safety events to see if the cosmetic procedure had a side benefit for dry eyes.
