New patch may seal lung leaks after surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether a special patch called TissuePatch SF can help prevent or reduce air leaks after part of a lung is removed. About 250 adults having planned lung surgery will receive the patch during their operation. Researchers will check how well it seals the lung and monitor for any side effects.
