Knee arthritis sufferers: could a simple elastic band boost your exercise results?
NCT ID NCT07181421
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding tissue flossing (wrapping an elastic band around the knee) to standard exercises can better reduce pain, improve movement, and strengthen muscles in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 58 adults aged 40-70 with mild to moderate knee OA will be split into two groups: one gets exercise plus flossing, the other gets exercise alone. Results will be checked after 4 weeks to see if the combo approach offers extra relief.
