Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug tislelizumab to standard chemotherapy before and after main treatment can improve outcomes for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer. About 450 adults with stage III-IVA disease will receive either the drug combo or a placebo. The goal is to see if the tumor shrinks more and if cancer stays away longer.
