New pill tested to sharpen memory and quiet ringing ears

Summary
This study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Tisina Complex can improve memory, focus, and thinking skills in people with mild cognitive impairment who also have tinnitus (ringing in the ears). About 84 adults will take either the supplement or a placebo pill daily for 90 days. Researchers will measure changes in memory tests, tinnitus loudness, and quality of life to see if the supplement helps.
