Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called TISA-818-Inj in 57 adults with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a severe lung condition that makes breathing very difficult. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and whether it can help patients spend fewer days on breathing machines. Participants received either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo, and were followed for up to 6 months.
