NCT ID NCT04665856
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug tiragolumab to standard immunotherapy (atezolizumab) and chemotherapy can help people with advanced small cell lung cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 123 adults in China who have not had prior treatment for this stage of cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the triple combination is safer and more effective than the standard two-drug approach.
