First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a procedure called TIPS (a shunt placed in the liver to reduce pressure) helps people with liver cancer who are taking the drugs atezolizumab and bevacizumab. About 350 participants will be observed to see how their liver function, survival, and quality of life change over time. The goal is to understand if adding TIPS improves outcomes in real-world settings.
