This study follows 23 people with tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO), a rare condition where tumors cause weak bones. It aims to see how well the drug burosumab works over time and to track any tumor changes. Participants are already taking burosumab as prescribed by their doctor, and researchers will monitor their health through blood tests, imaging, and surveys.
