Summary

This study tests a daily, low-frequency electrical stimulation applied to both sides of the head to see if it can reduce the loudness and annoyance of chronic tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Researchers will enroll 30 adults who have had bothersome tinnitus for more than 6 months. The main goal is to see how many people experience a meaningful drop in their tinnitus symptoms after 12 weeks of treatment.
