Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests whether a daily pill called tinlarebant can slow the growth of geographic atrophy, an advanced form of age-related macular degeneration that causes blind spots. About 429 adults with the condition will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 2 years. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces the rate of vision loss.
