Cancer clock: does treatment timing matter?

NCT ID NCT07452601

Summary

This study is testing whether the time of day a patient receives immunotherapy affects how well it works for esophageal cancer. It will involve 90 patients with a specific type of esophageal cancer that can be surgically removed. Patients will receive a combination of immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery, with some groups getting infusions in the morning and others in the afternoon, to see if timing impacts tumor response.
